Sonnet 041808
The mute deafens all who heed the essence
Intense core, unable to artic’late
Impenetrable vigor shown as dense
Absent spring, endless waves reverb’rate
Minute as dust, loud screaming continues
A grain of sand precincts the sea in whole
Blind vapor conspire bearing unbear’ble
Phenomena, slaught’ring, turning like coal
Grasping adrenaline pouring divine
Yet there is no more god to cling upon
For the gods resign from their cries and whine
Held the balance, forcing to make it done
Big things function for parts were once apart
Small conniving forces give booming start
